Here's a quick guide to help you get ready for the upcoming Civic Holiday.

Don't be caught off guard this long weekend - here are three things you need to know in southern Ontario:

1. This long weekend, Friday and Saturday are looking to be the clearest days.

2. Moisture will push in Sunday into Monday, along with temperatures that could feel closer to 30°C in some areas.

3. Pack a flannel or light sweater for evening activities, as things are expected to cool a bit as the sun sets.

One more thing: If you're planning on watching fireworks, Niagara Falls displays daily shows at 10 p.m., or head to Canada's Wonderland Sunday evening.
