Drought conditions plague the Prairies, record dry for some

2019 deemed the driest spring in Saskatoon and Moose Jaw's recorded history.
Recent data from Environment and Climate Change Canada shows that well below normal precipitation over the last three months has put Saskatoon and Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan into their driest spring on record.
