Daniel Martins worked as a community newspaper reporter in Atlantic Canada before moving to TWN in 2012. A longtime fan of speculative science fiction, as a journalist he has been most interested in the technological and social aspects of climate change adaptation and mitigation, such as infrastructure and energy. He is a graduate of Western University where he specialized in the MA program in Journalism.
